One of my Bucket List items last year was to have a session at a Christmas Tree farm, so you can imagine how excited I was when the Haupt family contacted me for a lifestyle session at... you guessed it... a local Christmas Tree farm!
The Haupts are fellow homeschoolers and I originally met them at a homeschool park day several months before. For their session we went to Evergreen Acres, a small farm in Northern Virginia where they go every year to pick out and cut their own tree. Their five kids are some of the sweetest and most fun kids I've ever met, and I loved following them around the farm as they searched for the perfect tree. Afterward we enjoyed the best cup of homemade hot apple cider I've ever tasted!
