For those of you who don't know, I homeschool Hadley in addition to running my photography business. This is our second year and even though it was quite the adjustment at first (brand new homeschool mom + newborn baby mom + small business owner? Just a little overwhelming!), now we feel like old pros and actually enjoy it... most of the time. :) Sure, some days we don't leave the house, and okay, we might spend most of the morning in our PJ's, but I get to watch my kids grow up and they are creating a bond that I hope will be strong for the rest of their lives. Despite their age difference (Hadley is almost 7 years older than Adler), they enjoy playing together, reading books together, and being the ultimate Star Wars fans together.
At the beginning of 2016 I made the resolution to take more pictures of my kids with my big camera (most of my personal pictures come from my phone!), and I want to start blogging them in a new series called the Daily Life Project. I will try and post these photos every month so you can see what goes on behind the scenes at our house. :)
