This spring has been full of sessions on the National Mall in Washington, DC... but I don't mind at all! I was super excited to meet up with Lena for her graduation session at the Lincoln Memorial a few weeks ago. I love taking pictures at this particular memorial because there's so much variety in one location... and the awesome view of the Washington Monument doesn't hurt, either. :) For Lena's session we started at the Lincoln Memorial, then walked along the Reflecting Pool, and ended at the World War II Memorial.
Lena was actually graduating that afternoon with a degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and she was so cute and full of smiles during her session! Her parents had come up from Florida to attend her graduation ceremony, so we just had to get a few pictures of them together as well. It was so fun to see how excited and proud they were!
Congratulations again, Lena! I know you're going to be amazing. :)
